I am committed to keep pets and their parents safe during COVID-19.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I have been a fur momma my whole life, even before I knew or understood what that meant. I was born into a house of 3 dogs, 1 cat, 2 bunnies and a parrot. As the years have gone on, more and more paw prints have been left upon my heart - each one unique, precious and special. I am currently the proud momma of a tri-paw Rottie, Athena, and 3 kitty cats, Nikita, Haramabe and Vampire. We recently lost our sweet baby boy, a neighborhood favorite, Kodiak, and it is with him that I truly became a Momma Bear!

My strongest passion is for animals - all animals. I have volunteered for many years at a local shelter and I have had the incredible experience of obtaining animal husbandry training for rescued exotic animals. Over the years, and currently, I help my friends with their fur babies whether it is for time off for work or travel and to times where every second counts in an emergency.

Now, during these challenging times, I find myself reflecting on what is important in my life and how I can share my joy and passion for caring for animals. So here I am, starting Momma Bear Pet Sitting Services. I am excited, ready and able to help you with your fur baby daily needs including walks/exercise, feeding schedules, poopy and other messy clean ups, basic positive reinforcement training, administrating medications, including subcutaneous injections, and providing the same kindness and care I would my own fur babies.
Their paws are safe in my hands!
This is our sweet baby boy, Kodiak, a rescue Husky/Chocolate Lab mix who we recently lost after almost 13 years of utter happiness and joy.
I always referred to myself as a Momma Bear, but it wasn't until I had to protect him, and be his voice in a bad situation, that I really become a Momma Bear.
If love could have saved him, he would have lived forever, but we will meet again over the Rainbow Bridge, where I know he is running and going bonkers with all of his other fur siblings, in no more pain. Be free my sweet baby boy!
Athena is our rescue Rottie and now 7.5 years old. She was diagnosed with bone cancer within weeks of losing her big brother, Kodiak. Quickly after diagnoses, her bone started to wither away and she was in immense pain. We decided to amputate her front left leg and it was the best decision ever. She has recovered amazingly and is more active now than before.
Given only 2-6 months after amputation, we now celebrate her 1 year ampu-versary and every day with her is truly a gift.
She is our tri-paw warrior!
